The Cancer Connect Navigator Program is dedicated to helping individuals and caretakers navigate their cancer journey by connecting them to essential resources and support services. Our mission is to ensure that no one faces cancer alone, offering personalized guidance, emotional support, and practical assistance.

Whether you’re a patient, caregiver, or community organization, our goal is to connect you with the resources you need, from emotional and financial support to wellness services.

Housekeeping, lawn care, and childcare assistance
Access to support groups and counseling services
Wellness programs including nutrition counseling, yoga, and massage therapy
We work closely with healthcare providers and organizations like Unite For Her to ensure patients receive access to specialized cancer wellness services.
