Narda J. Fields, a devoted mother to Jarrod and Nia, and a beloved “Scoop” to her grandchildren Quinn and Jade, is a guiding force as board member of The Byrd Cancer Education and Advocacy Foundation. Her unwavering commitment to creating a better world is reflected in her multifaceted efforts.

From an early age, Narda stood out, challenging societal norms and consistently seeking to make a positive impact. Raised in a family affected by illnesses like cancer, she has dedicated herself to educating and helping others through the power of plant-based foods, firmly believing in their preventive properties.

Narda’s personal mission gained even more significance as she cared for her mother, who succumbed to Multiple Myeloma, and her Aunt “Birdie,” who lost her battle with Breast Cancer. Witnessing the devastating effects of cancer on her family, she has made it her life’s purpose to end this affliction for everyone.

As the Director of The Byrd Cancer Education and Advocacy Foundation, Narda is at the forefront of empowering individuals facing cancer. She connects them with vital support and resources, acting as a bridge between patients and the organizations that offer necessary assistance. Ensuring accessible and relevant information is a priority, and she strives to guide patients toward the resources they need for effective cancer combat.

Narda is complemented by her proud ownership of More Than Kale Meal Prep and Catering. Through this venture, she not only provides delicious and nutritious meals but also spreads awareness about the importance of a plant-based diet. With two authored books, she shares her knowledge and experiences, inspiring positive changes.
